About Inspiramag

Inspiramag is an independent media outlet dedicated to reliable guides on food, medicinal plants, sports nutrition, food supplements and wellbeing.

Our goal is simple: to give you clear, verified and nuanced information, never alarmist nor promotional, to help you make informed decisions about your health day to day.

01Our mission

Faced with the sheer amount of health information available online, often contradictory or poorly sourced, Inspiramag aims to offer a serious alternative: articles built from verifiable scientific sources (systematic reviews, meta-analyses, clinical trials, health authorities such as EFSA, ANSES, the WHO or the NIH), with an honest reading of the level of evidence available rather than categorical claims.

02Our editorial team

Our content is supervised by a team of writers specialised in nutrition and herbal medicine, whose profiles are presented on each published article. Every article carries the name of its lead author, who is responsible for the editorial consistency of the final text.

03How we produce our articles (artificial intelligence assistance)

Part of our research and writing process relies on artificial intelligence agents: they gather the available scientific documentation, structure a first draft and check the consistency between the claims in the text and the sources cited. This AI-assisted work then goes through several control steps before any publication: a review of the level of scientific evidence available for each claim, a specific health safety check whenever a topic presents a risk (interactions, at-risk populations, pregnancy, etc.), a final verification that each citation genuinely supports the sentence it is attached to, and a human editorial review before going live. We choose to be transparent about how this works: AI helps us process a large volume of scientific literature quickly, but no health information is published without human verification and validation.

04Our sourcing standards

Every scientific or medical claim must be supported by at least one identified and consultable source (organisation, study, review), displayed in the “Sources” section of the article concerned. We avoid unsourced claims and explicitly state when the scientific evidence is limited, contradictory or insufficient rather than artificially settling the matter.

05Corrections and updates

Scientific research evolves: if you identify an error, an outdated source or information that would deserve clarification, you can contact us through our contact page. We undertake to examine every report and to promptly correct any confirmed inaccuracy.
