We collect: the data you send us voluntarily (contact form: name, email, message; newsletter sign-up: email); technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected in an anonymised or pseudonymised form for statistical purposes; and, if you accept them, audience measurement and personalised advertising cookies.
03Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: reply to your contact requests, send you our newsletter if you are subscribed to it, measure the website's audience and improve our content, and display personalised advertising if you have given your consent.
04Legal basis
Depending on the case, these processing operations rely on your consent (non-essential cookies, newsletter), the performance of a step you have initiated (contact form), or Inspiramag's legitimate interest in measuring and improving its website (anonymised statistics).
05Retention period
Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and then archived for a maximum of 3 years. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
06Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by our technical service providers: Supabase (database hosting), as well as, if you accept the corresponding cookies, Google (audience measurement and/or advertising through Google AdSense). These providers only use your data for the purposes described here.
