Palpitations are a symptom, not a diagnosis. Stress can trigger them, but rhythm disorders, heart disease and other causes must be considered. Hawthorn should never postpone medical assessment.

06FAQ
01Can hawthorn treat palpitations? Only a narrow traditional-use indication addresses palpitations linked to mild nervousness after serious causes have been excluded. It is not a treatment for every palpitation or for an arrhythmia.
02Are tea and extract equivalent? No. Preparation, plant part and concentration differ. Evidence for one product does not automatically apply to tea.
03Can it be combined with heart medicine? Seek individual professional advice before combining products.
