10FAQ
01Can lavender tea help sleep? It may fit an evening routine, but evidence for insomnia is limited. Persistent sleep problems need assessment.
02Can lavender essential oil be swallowed? Not by default. It is concentrated and ingestion can be dangerous. Ask a professional and contact poison control after an accident.
03Does lavender help anxiety? Some oral products have preliminary evidence. This does not validate tea, diffusion or non-standardised oil.
04Is it safe in pregnancy or for children? Safety data are insufficient for regular medicinal use. Ask a professional and avoid ingestion or undiluted oil.
05Is lavender dangerous for pets? Essential oils can be toxic to animals. Ask a veterinarian and keep bottles inaccessible.
